61% - Career Switching

About six-in-ten (61%) workers report that they have switched careers -- from one type of work to another -- and more than half of this group say they have made a switch more than once. Men and women, younger and older, full-time and part-time workers are all about equally likely to have made a switch at some point over the years. Those at the lowest income levels (under $30,000) are a bit more likely to have switched. Read more
