Super PACs Having Negative Impact, Say Voters Aware of ‘Citizens United’ Ruling

More than half (54%) of voters they have heard about the 2010 Supreme Court decision allowing corporations and individuals to spend as much money as they want on political advertising as long as it is not coordinated with candidate campaigns, and among those who say they have heard "a lot" about the new rules, 78% of those voters say the effect has been negative.
